What People Are Saying
“I ran my first SpinPoi class at a local age care facility. The residents were so engaged and loved having a new fun experience. One of the residents attending who is 101 said it was the best exercise class he’s ever done and felt good for his brain. They are 100% on board now with SpinPoi.” – Diane

“This has has been the most rewarding course I have done. I wish I knew about poi years ago. Since I started training it I’ve felt the difference – better coordination, a steadier mood, more energy through the day. I look forward to bringing this into my work with kids with Autism and ADHD.” – Dana

“The course content is brilliant, just the right mix of cultural info, the science, and practical examples and advice, and Kate is a fantastic teacher. I often come out of courses feeling like “okay great, but for some reason I don’t feel ready to actually DO this”, but I’ve come out of this one super excited to get started!” – Claire

“I just began my SpinPoi classes at the local Senior Center, and driving home I cried tears of gratitude, realizing how much the people are benefiting from this experience. And I had a blast too! As a stroke survivor, I feel so lucky to have found SpinPoi and to be able to share it with my community.” – Rain

“This training exceeded my expectations, providing so many resources for bringing poi into a therapeutic setting, plus ongoing connections with the growing international cohort of SpinPoi instructors. I’m excited to bring this into my corner of the world – thank you for your vision in making it possible.” – Anonymous

“SpinPoi inspired me to incorporate poi into my dance classes for the 50yrs+, and made the process of adding poi to an existing group fitness class very straight forward. The humour, creativity and sheer joy from participants has been fantastic.” – Hilary
